The fact that it was such a very skilfull tackle made the red card worse, i wish arsenel fans would stop, when man utd fans complain about this, its not a dig at arsenel, its at the ref. He got the ball then lost his balance and brought fab down, a pathetic decision, and platini hates english teams, so was never going to over rule on grounds of compassion

When he brought fabregas down, he was already loosing his balance as he had commited to nocking the ball away,

Red . got both ball and man.
watch the 2nd movement on the left leg. 00:25.

Its not a red. He got the ball BEFORE the man.

Absolutely he should not have been sent off. If Fabregas had any chance of retrieving the ball after the tackle it would be a Yellow Card, but he did not. Clean tackle, there’s no foul whatsoever.

if two players go for the ball and they collide in the process it’s not a red card. if fabergas touched the ball and then fletcher tripped him it would have been. all the proffessionals disagree with the descision.

you mean matt le tissier??………one of the greatest english players ever to play the game, therfore………….he’s more qualified to give an opinion on footballing matters than you are.

Thats a clear red card.. but that fuck loves Man utd. Even if he got the ball he triped fabregas aswell so clear red card. Who is that dick.

one word… NO!!

Flecther got the ball, sadly he did bring the player down. He’s unlucky, oh well, atleast he’s gonna win the league I hope.

I thought on replays Darren Fletcher got the ball before bringing down Cesc Fabregas, but Fletch should’ve let him go.
If Fabregas scores, so what? Let him go. You already had the tie won.

“in his own mind he was the worlds greatest referee” well said matt he is quickly becoming the best pundit on any channel.

I think I’m the first view. Yes, Fletcher should have been sent off.
